Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing or dispatch, subject to the order status.

Please include the order number, customer name, registered contact, and reason when contacting support.

If payment has already been received and cancellation is approved, the eligible refund is processed through the applicable refund method.
